Servido Oy Terms and Conditions

1. General

Servido.co and the Servido mobile application are marketplaces operated by Servido Oy (Business ID: 3526221-1). These terms apply to the relationship between Servido Oy and its customers.

Servido Oy reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms valid at the time of order, available at servido.co.

Servido Oy is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events. Customers will be notified of such events without delay.

2. Customer and Data Protection

The service can be used by both private and business customers. When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide accurate and sufficient contact information.

Customer information is stored in Servido Oy’s customer register for the purpose of maintaining the customer relationship. The Privacy Policy is available at servido.co.

3. Prices

Service prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. In some cases, the final price may differ from the original if the work cannot be performed as planned. In such cases, an inspection visit fee may apply.

4. Delivery and Performance

Services will be performed according to the agreed schedule. If the service cannot be carried out, Servido Oy reserves the right to cancel the order or charge an inspection visit fee.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the Servido mobile application or the servido.co website. The payment service provider is Stripe.

6. Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order if the service has not yet started and no special preparations have been made. Once the service has been completed, the right of cancellation no longer applies.

7. Liability for Defects

If defects are found in the performance of the service, the customer must notify Servido Oy without delay by email to help@servido.co. Servido Oy will investigate the matter and correct defects in accordance with statutory liability provisions.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Servido.co and the Servido mobile application use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and develop services.

9. Disputes

Disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

Unless otherwise agreed, disputes are handled in the district court of Servido Oy’s domicile.
