We collect and process personal data in order to:

• provide and deliver our services via the website and mobile applications

• develop and improve our services
• carry out direct marketing to customers who have not prohibited it

The legal bases for processing are:

• the legitimate interest of the controller, such as maintaining customer relations and marketing services

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The register may contain, for example, the following data:

• name and contact information (address, email, phone number)
• payment and billing details
• details of purchased services and their delivery
• feedback and reviews given by users
• technical data collected from website and mobile app usage (e.g., IP address, device information, cookies and analytics)

The primary source of data is the user themselves. We may also receive data from payment service providers.

Servido Oy does not collect personal identity codes.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA. All cloud services and servers we use are located within the EU/EEA.
